I recently read this post from Medium that spells out 27 BETTER questions to ask instead of “What do you do?” We, at The Collective, have been practicing this for a long time–well before our tiny agency started. When hiring and finding the best people to fit the role, it’s better to get to know them as well as what they do. We love this, and hope more people will continue the trend. My favorites:
