The Collective was founded in 2015 by Creative Director, Lauren K. Slack after she saw a need for the small business owner to receive great-looking designs without the big agency price. After working for several big, award-winning agencies, she realized that there was a lot of overhead and poor customer service that was being dumped onto the clients. She wanted to do something about it and thus, The Collective Design Agency was born.
