Here’s a fun little test: grab your phone, pull up your website, and pretend you’re a first-time visitor. Can you read everything easily? Are the buttons easy to tap? Or do you need a magnifying glass and a miracle?
More than half of web traffic today happens on mobile. Which means if your site isn’t phone-friendly, you could be losing people before they ever book, inquire, or even understand what you offer.
For tourism and experience brands, mobile matters even more because your customers are often on the go—checking availability, finding meeting locations, scanning FAQs, or looking for a quick “Book Now” without thinking too hard.
Give yourself 5 minutes and do a quick “mobile-first impression” pass:
- Is the main message clear within 3 seconds?
Can you find pricing, availability, or next steps without scrolling forever?
Are the buttons big enough to tap with a thumb (especially “Book,” “Contact,” “Call”)?
Do forms feel easy… or annoying?
Are your hours, location/meeting point, and FAQs easy to spot?
Does the site load quickly, or does it feel sluggish?
Jot down anything that feels off (even small stuff). Tiny tweaks—button size, spacing, simplifying a section, tightening copy—can make a huge difference in how customers experience your brand and whether they take the next step.
